I've seen other fabric letters on the high street, what makes these ones different?
With our Nursery Letters you get a choice of 3 gingham fabrics to choose from and you also have the option to have your letters embellished with flowers and buttons at no extra cost.
So what are your letters made of?
Typically, most fabric letters are simply strips of fabric glued on to a paper mache or cardboard shape. Our letters are made by sewing a 3 Dimensional 'outer skin' which is then upholstered over a precision cut 2" memory foam shape leaving the letter soft to the touch, light in weight and highly compressable. The letters shape is then controlled by backing the foam and fabric onto a hardboard back which is then fabric covered and stapled. This method of construction ensures the letter will last a lifetime and not simply fall apart if it gets damp.
I've seen other fabric letters discolour or stained over time where the glue has aged, will this happen with your Letters?
No, since our letters are sewn together and upholstered there is no need for gluing we just use good old fashion upholstery staples.
Can I choose where the embellishments are positioned on my letters?
Yes you can, if you have a particular preference, just e-mail your requirements and they will be added to your order details.
Can I choose which embellishments I prefer, shape colour etc?
Providing the embellishments are in the current range then there is no reason why you can not have your preferred choice.
How long will my order take?
Typically, orders are dispatched within 10-12 days, if your order is urgent please let us know.
Caring For Your Letters
How should I maintain the letters?
We recommend that the letters are removed from the wall periodically hovered with a vacuum cleaner and bristle attachment. The letters can not be washed in a washing machine as doing so would damage the wooden backing.
How can I clean the letters?
We recommend that a dry foam upholstery cleaner is used to clean the letters where necessary. Suitable aerosol based car upholstery cleaners can be purchased from places such as Halfords. Always follow the manufactures instructions carefully.

What Is A Nappy Cake?
A nappy cake is an impressive and practical gift which is perfect for every new or expantant mum. The concept is based on a tiered wedding cake which is made of rolled nappies and decorated in baby gifts that you would normally purchase to celebrate the birth of a newborn. Our nappy cakes make a wonderful centrepiece at a Baby Shower or Christening.
How Do The Nappies Stay Rolled Up?
All of the nappies are individually rolled and secured using elastic bands.
Do You Deliver Nappy Cakes Outside Of The UK?
Unfortunately we do not offer delivery outside of the UK on our range of Nappy Cakes.
Do You Gift Wrap The Nappy Cakes?
All of our nappy cakes are securely gift wrapped in cellophane and tied with a large coordinating ribbons. All cakes are then placed into sturdy boxes and packed with air filled pillows or rolled paper for the journey. Proof of postage is always obtained from our courier and a signature will be required on delivery.
Do You Offer Local Delivery?
Nappy Cakes ordered for delivery within the Southend on Sea area of Essex will usually be hand delivered, gift wrapped (unboxed) by one of the team.
I Live In Your Area, Can I Collect My Nappy Cake In Person?
Yes of course you can, just let us know when you intend to collect your nappy cake and we will of course refund your delivery charges one you have collected the order.
How Long Does Delivery Take From When The Order Is Placed?
Each and everyone of our Nappy Cakes are all individually handmade to order, therefore sometimes it does take a little time to complete the order, however we aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days. Items will then arrive 24-48hrs following dispatch. If you require your item sooner than this, then please contact us and we will give your order priority.
I Would Like To Order A Nappy Cake, But I Would Like A Bespoke Cake, Is This Possible?
Anything is possible! 90% of our nappy cake orders are for bespoke nappy cakes as everyone would like something unique and to a specific budget.

How Long Does It Take For Delivery Of A Personalised Toy Box?Delivery times on the toy boxes can take up to 4 weeks as they are all made to order, please contact us if you would like to receive your order quicker than the above delivery time and we will try our best to accommodate.
