Availability and Design of Nappy Cakes
All images shown on our site are for illustrative purposes only.  We will endeavour to provide each product as described however as the products we use may be changed or discontinued by the manufacturer and we cannot be held responsible for any disputes arising from this.

If for some reason we do not have a particular item in stock, then we reserve the right to replace this using a similar product of the same price and quality.


Personalisation Of Items
We regret that if any items are personalised for your requirements then we are unable to issue any refunds if you decide against the purchase as we would not be able to see the item again due to the personalisation.

If personalisation is required, please ensure that you send us an email to mail@amazingbabygifts.co.uk with your order number and the exact personalisation that is required.  Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any incorrect spellings which are provided to us.


Payments
We currently accept the following payment methods - Cash (on collection only), Cheque (we will wait for the funds to clear before posting the item to you) or Paypal.

If using Paypal as your choosen method of payment, once your order has been processed you will receive an email from Paypal confirming all the details.  This is your proof of purchase.  Once this has been issued you can rest assured that your order will be processed and will be delivered as per our Terms and Conditions.

Important Information For Existing Paypal Account Users
Please be aware that if there are insufficient funds in your Paypal account and your payment is processed via your bank or building society account, there may be a delay before this payment clears, consequently your order may be delayed as we will not delivery the item until the payment has cleared.
